Emily Murphy was a member of the famous five, along with Nellie Mclung, Henrietta Muir Edwards, Irene Parlby, and Louise McKinney. Emily Murphy was part of a world movement, actually the founder of a well known group called the Famous Five. These five women were the people who changed laws. If they started something they finished it. All five women had very strong feelings about this topic but none strong enough to make it count until Emily Murphy came along and wanted to make a movement, like all the other woman she dreamt about woman counting. After she got the five together they went to the courts, they started rallies, they made commotion and they where determined to not stop unless the woman of the world where noticed.
